Submission of voluntary payment includes two process.
1.making payment by set off the amount/liability.
2.Submit DRC-03 application using PRN.
You have set off the liability but not submitted the DRC-03 application. after the set off, PRN will be generated(IP------). Using that PRN, application should be submitted through DSC or EVC.
The saved application is been deleted after 15 days, Please follow below steps to file DRC-03 application by using already made payment(PRN).
Note: If you do not have PRN with you, please follow below steps to find PRN.
1.Please navigate through Services->Ledgers->Electronic Liability Register->Part-II: Other than return related liabilities.
2.Please enter the from date and to date in which payment is made.
3.Click on GO button. You will get list of payment entries. In the list you can find the PRN(The no starts with 'IP---'), Copy the PRN.
Once you get PRN, Please follow below steps to file application.
1.Open the Google chrome browser, Clear browsing history(CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE->Clear Data) and then login to application .
2.Navigate to Services->User Services->My Applications.
3.provide the input and click on new application.
4.Enter the other details and please make button 'have you made the payment' as "Yes" since you have already made the payment.
5.Enter the PRN number(The number starts with 'IP--') and click on link "Get Payment Details". on click of the link, you would be able to enter payment details, enter the payment details.
6.please fill declaration details and click on file button to proceed/ file the application"".
