ARE1 Triplicate (Pink) copy lost

Dear Sir, I have been issued ARE1 to XYZ party but party hace cancelled the order but we have got another order from other party but we value is less than previous ARE we have got permission from Excise Authority then how could I generate fresh ARE 1???

ARE1 (previous) is invalid as  it  was  not used,  but  you  have  issued  CT-1, on which  you  can  issue  another  ARE-1  with  current date but  same  sl no , unutilized  CT-1  would  be  endorsed  by the  R/O of  the  factory and would  be intimated  directly  to the  bond  officer.
