are there any exemptions in CS if one is pursuing CA?

can anyone tell what are the consequences during my tenure as CA student pursuing CS and not undergoing articleship and even after i am a qualified CA ?

DEAR FRIENDS I WAS APPEARED IN FIRST GROUP OF CS EXECUTIVE IN DECEMBER 2009 AND GOT EXEMPTION IN 2 PAPERS (66 and 64)  AND NOW IN JUNE 2010 I APPEARED FOR 1 PAPER OF FIRST GROUP AND SECOND GROUP . NOW I WANT TO KNOW THAT WILL I GOT THE BENEFIT OF EXEMPTION OR NOT. AND HOW MANY MARKS i have to scored for  pass  cs executive....

I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER I WILL GET BENEFIT OF SET OFF OR NOT?

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM SOON.............................

i totally agree with narendra ...... both profile are different exept  knowledge

u only increase ur knowledge doing cs......regarding company law ...corporate law and so on.....

so first go for ca with merit it will be good for u...really donot move fast

ya i agree with Ravi there is no exemption from 15 month based on articleship which u had done while doing ca

but there SIP exemption for a student who had completed ca. Further there is exemption from doing computer training of 70 hrs as u had done same training while doing ca but still u have to give exams and if you qualify that exam than no need to do training of 70hrs.
