We have seen probably too much news about the Oscars over the past 2 weeks, especially after Slumdog and A R Rehman won. But whether so much attention is required to be given to Oscars. After all it is just another award ceremony.
Our legends like Big B and Dilip Kumar have never wanted the recognition from Oscars to be great.
Mr. Amitabh & Mr. Yusuf didnt get a chance back then. as the exposure was lesser. As it is, an Indian film wont get nominated automatically to the Oscars...one has to file for it.
and Oscars are always hyped and it shud be!! its the biggest! arent the grammy's hyped?
