In the IPCC May 2013 exams the exam date for paper 7: Information Technology & Strategic management was post poned from the 15/05/2013 to 24/05/2013. Institute rules says that days inbetween exams are not to be taken as leave. can anybody tell me whether the days from 15/05/2013 to 24/05/2013 will not be taken as leave? i'm going to terminate my articles, so it would be very helpfull if i get the answer by monday... thanks.

It wont be considered as leave. It would however be appropriate to get clarification from ICAI

The ICAI made it clear in its notification dated June'13 2012 that all intervening holidays or break due to any reason, falling in between the day of commencement of CA Examination till its completion  will be treated as part of the training i.e the articled assistants be deemed to be on duty.

I agree with CA Aman Gupta.. It will not be considered as a part of leave.

If anyone taken a leave of 15 days for going home. So, sunday coming in between leaves are considered as leave or a holiday?
