We have been exporting goods to SEZ Haridwar along with ARE 1 form filled completely. Those ARE 1 forms are being stamped with "Vanijay kar adhikari" I guess sales tax officer.

When I submit those form to Delhi excise department, they told me that this stamp will not work and duty shall be raised with interest. It should have stamp of SEZ Haridwar.

When I discussed the matter with consignor, they told me that ARE.1 form is automatically stamped by "Vanijay kar adhikari" at the border and they are not aware of any other stamp.

Kindly help me in this matter. I want to know exactly which stamp is required and from where it will be stamped.

your client is misleading you

duty officer on SEZ entry checkpost will endorse the ARE-1. if your client does not know the procedure, then ask him to get the same endorsed with SEZ commissioner.

if the goods have entered the SEZ area then it must be endorsed on the ARE-1 accompanied with the vehicle, this is the procedure and practice by the duty officer at SEZ entry point.

vanijya kar adhikary is sales tax officer, who deals with state sales tax, and not with central excise.

The CT-3 issued by SEZ client in favor of your company ( against which the ARE-1 is issued by yourself ) through the client contains all data of commissionarate, which is the sez commissioner office.

No CT-3 is being issued by SEZ client. Cleint is also not aware of any formality and even SEZ office. What is the address of SIDCUL Haridwar SEZ office?
