Arbitration and Conciliation Act
Whether naming of arbitrator (sole or penal); is must to have in arbitration clause in agreement. And if just mentioning like, proceeding shall be governed by Arbitration & Conciliation act shall govern in case of any dispute, without naming arbitrator in master agreement shall be good to go?
