1) MY friend’s son wrote first attempt of PE - II exams in May 2007.(both Groups)
2) Immediately after exams, he joined an Audit Firm as Audit Assistant.
3) He cleared his second group in Nov 2007. Unfortunately he could not clear his first group.
4) He has now appeared for first group in June 2009.
5) I came to know that an Audit assistant gets credit for 9 months training which is equal to 6 months Article Assistant).
6) Please enlighten as to whether he can get the credit for the Articleship while doing his final course based on the above.
7) It is to be noted that he is doing PE - II on basis of commerce Degree and he has not registered with the Institute as Audit Assistant. Can he get the credit if he gets registered now, with retrospective effect?
