Dear Prakasam,
You can transfer the number of shares from husband to wife accordingly to arrive at the new ratio of 9:25.
For example. Suppose there are 34000 shares in the company. husband holding 28000 shares. Wife holding 6000 shares.(Rarion 28:6). To arrive at the new ratio of 9:25, you can transfer 19000 shares from the husband to the wife.
Shareholding pattern after transfer:
Husband 9000, Wife 25000.
