Appontment & Resignation

In the Board meeting pass the resolution for appointment first and then for resignation.Likewise do the same in Form - 32.

Shrutiji does it  mean that company can submit 32 for both on same day?

As per my understanding...yes...i solicit the views of other learned members....

First file form 32 for the appointment of third director and wait for the approval of form 32 from ROC.

After approval of first form 32 file second form 32 for resignation/cessation of director.

You can file boh the changes in same form 32 only.

But, maintain the order of appointment as Additional Director followed by resignation in the meeting as well as the form.

Or, if it is not be done in one form only, then in the same form 32, make the appointment on day 1 and note the resignation on day 2.

Yes, Both the changes can be filed through single form 32.
