Appointment of statutory auditor

Do you mean the auditor has been practising since last 15 years and you would like to appoint him/her as statutory auditor of the company? If yes, s/he can be appointed provided s/he is not disqualified from being appointed as per section 141.

I think u r saying that ....who is auditor of that co. since last 15years can he be appointed as auditor for another 1 or more years...

if yes,

then auditor can only be appointed for another 3 years as per screenshot attached.........
