There is no restriction on appointing a salaried full time employee of a public limited company director/subscriber to the memorandum of a private limited company.
Anyone can subscribe the MOA of Company.
Agrree with the above
Anyone can subscribe the Shares.No restriction for appointing him as a Director also.
