As per your Company’s Policies, President would a designation to a person who satisfies respective condition as mandated.
A non-executive director is the member of Board who is not in employment with the company. A non-executive director may or may not hold shares in the company. If the Non-executive Directors fulfills the required conditions of your company’s policies than you could designate his as a President of your company.
