Dear all,

Can we appoint Non Executive Director as President of the Company? What is the exact meaning of President? Please provide your experts view at the earliest and oblige. Thanks

As per your Company’s Policies, President would a designation to a person who satisfies respective condition as mandated.

A non-executive director is the member of Board who is not in employment with the company. A non-executive director may or may not hold shares in the company. If the Non-executive Directors fulfills the required conditions of your company’s policies than you could designate his as a President of your company.
