Like to know procedures required to replace auditor of private limited company with 25 lakhs paid up capital and established in 2009. Last AGM was on OCT. 2014 . No new appointment order is issued to previous auditor, but eligibity to continue as auditor is mentioned in AGM report. No AUT 1 Is filed so far. Expecting valuable replies from expert.
