1. Whether in case of Pvt Co, Form 25C(Appoint of New MD) is not mandatory???
2.In Pvt Co, CAN MD be appoint(By BOD & As per Provision of AoA) by only filed Form 32 and 23??
3.Or Only Form 32 is sufficient for Appoint of MD??

According to me form 25C is required to fill if the appointment is done according to the scedule XIII otherwise it is not required and in case of private company AOA is the constitution of the company and the company is governed by the AOA of the company but form 32 is required to file and if any special resolution is passed than form 23 is also required.
