appointment of md after age of 70?
if the managing director has attained the age of 70 years. after passing sr, how long can he be reappointed, and is MR 1 required after passing sr?

section 196(3) says after attaining age of 70 years, special reso is required. there is nothing further limit fir age beyond 70 years.

no company shall appoint MD for a term more than 5 year at a time.
