Dear Professionals,
Please help me to know, suppose co. A is listed Co and B is non listed. Both have one common thing i.e Mr. X (promoter/ director) in both the Companies. Mr. Y is an employee of Co.B (non listed) , can he be appointed as an Independent Director in Co. A. There is no transaction between the two companies
