What is the significance behind appointing the first auditor?
And can he be reappointed again in the First AGM to continue till 6th AGM?

I OPINE THAT THE OFFICE OF THE FIRST DIRECTOR CEASES FROM THE DATE OF NEXT AGM.
THE BOARD MAY PROPOSE HIM TO BE APPOINTED AS STATUTORY AUDITOR FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS , SUBJECT TO THE PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF COMPANIES ACT AND RULES
Why is there a need to have an appointment of the First Auditor ?
Why is there a break made from commencement-First AGM and 1st AGM-6thAGM
Why only ONE Auditor be appointed throughout the period starting from Commencement of operations up until the 6th AGM without any break in service at the 1st AGM. ????
