NO.
There is no limit prescribed under the act
There is only a minimum limit requirement there as far as CA,2013 is concerned.. no ceiling regarding maximum limit.. only directors have maximum limit restrictions in DirectorSHIPs, not the Companies..
Please refer Sec.149(1)(b) for maximum number of directors.
