is there any limit for appointment of directors in one agm ? although separate resolutions are passed for every director .

NO.
There is no limit prescribed under the act
There is only a minimum limit requirement there as far as CA,2013 is concerned.. no ceiling regarding maximum limit.. only directors have maximum limit restrictions in DirectorSHIPs, not the Companies..
Attention should be given on max no of directors specified in AOA.
Please refer Sec.149(1)(b) for maximum number of directors.
