Appointment of director with investment

Dear Professional Coolegues,

I am forming new company alog with 4 dirctors, but problem is one of the director's Father name mismatch with database of Income tax, of DIR 3 Application, so, as per client said i move the DIN for rest of 3 directors and finalize the INC 1 for name Approval also,

I make correction in one of the director PAN for father mismatch, so, after father name corrected and obtain DIN for Director,

what is the procedure for taking the Director

whether Additional director, or any director

what form to be use?

will you help me out?

It's depends on the company or Board whether to appoint him as rotation director or additional director or MD or WTD.

And as per Spice procedure only 3 DIN can be applied and other propose director apply through DIR 3. So it's doesn't differ from those Director who appointed at first.

Due to name mismatch his form was on hold but before that he was acting as propose director only which is deemed as director only.
