We have to Appoint Director in india From our holding company located outside India,

I want to know Who will be a appointed as a director from Holding company,

Answer is it is the discretion of the board of foreign holding company to appoint any person in the board of Indian company. Please note only individuals can be appointed as directors. There must be als one one resident director in the board of Indian Company.

There is no such provision in the Act. The New Act is silent about the qualification shares about the directors.
