Appointment of director and nominee director in opc when existing director died due to covid

Greetings from the Day All of You.. There is a Opc in which both director and nominee director died due to covid this year in may.. How will a new Director and nominee director in opc will be admitted .. 2020-21 annual compliances pending..please let me know..
