Our company is private limited company our management want to appoint two person as director in coming AGM what sholud be necessary steps to be taken and any one have resolution for appointment of Director pursuant to section 152 for private limited company then do pls provide me. Thanks
Resolve that, as per section 152 of the companies act 2013, read with companies ( appointment & qualification of directors) Rules 2014, company hereby passes the GM-OR as on ........... for appointment of Mr. X as the director of company.
