A DIR-3 has been filed. the SRN shows "that DIN having status as approved has been allotted to the applicant.".
does this mean that the DIN has been approved?
rule 10 (1) of appointment and qualification of director clearly states that the DIN so generated is provisional one and can not be utilised till final DIN is allotted.
When can I appoint the applicant as the director on the board? immediately?
kindly advise with other steps to be taken before and after the appointment of an additional director.
