We have three directors in our LTD. Company , We want to replace all the director with new directors. Is it possible to call EGM and appoint as Director and not as Additional Director. Thanks in advance

Yes pl it is possible.
Director cannot be removed at EGM ..unless and otherwise spcific direction is given either by CG,ROC. Director are removed at agm under section 167...for removal of all director it can be done at AGM.only ..as i know.
