Appointment of designated partner into LLP
we want to appoint private limited company as a designated partner into llp but director of company individually designated partner of llp so who can appoint authorised nominee of those company?

Pls note tat there is no place of Profit or interested parties concept in LLP.... N while filling the Form of LLP there should be unique DPIN n it wont take same DPIN in twice... For further quiry pls cal to 7204908392
