example:x &co is an audit firm and Ypvt ltd is a compnay then how many years x&co carry statuary audit of Y pvt ltd?
NOTE: Y pvt ltd having a ner turnover of rs.18 Crores.share capital rs.3 Crores

No criteria for how many year ...but from one appointmnet he can do for 3 year max..after fresh reappointment is reuqired.
