Appointment of Auditors

statutory auditor shall be appointed within 1 month of date of registration.

give intimation to the SA within 7days of appt.

auditor shall intimate ROC within 30days of acceptance/refusal.

before appt obtain a certificate from the SA that no. of audit limit is not crossed.

SA are appointed by GM by passing an OR in GM.
