APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

if in private limited company say XYZ ww successfully file the ADT 3 and after that we appoint ourself in EGM and file ADT 1 take period one year from 01 april 2018 to 31 march 2019 and no. year of appoint is 5 years but in ACTIVE TAGGING FORM that is INC 22A, they pick only the period 31 march 2019, so we have to appoint the ourself again , also we appoint on 11 January 2019 , so we even not sign the annual filing of 2018

so my question in how many days we have to appoint ourself as a auditor for the period 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 as AGM date not come so we appoint ourself in EGM

so please tell me in how many days we appoint ourself in EGM for the period 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 and today date is 11 may 2020
