A company has been incorporated on 25.03.2013. First Auditor has not been appointed by BOD. My CA Firm has been registered from 01.09.2013.
Query
1. Can my firm be appointed as First Auditor?
2. If yes, then we must be appointed in First AGM.?
3. What shall be the date of AGM?
4. If due dateof AGM is 25.09.2014 than can the First Auditor and Auditor for FY 2014-2015 be appointed in same AGM.?
5. Do we need to file Form 23B?
Or any other suggestion??
