Appointment if new auditor without removing the old.
I have been appointed as an auditor of a company for a period of 5 year. After the audit of second year the company failed to pay my fees and therefore I didn't proceed to perform audit any further. Now I am seeing from mca data that the company has gone ahead with their financial audit from other firm and filed their annual mca forms without taking my resignation or my removal. My previous year fee is still pending. What course of action do I need to take in this practical scenario.!?

I didn't want to resign either as my fee is pending.. I want clearance of my pending due first. What action should I take in this case.
