Apply for name to change pvt. ltd. to llp

We plan to convert our Private Limited Company to LLP and intend to apply for name change via eForm1. The rules for chosing name for conversion is not clear to us. 

Will we be able to retain the first part of the name of Company? For instance if the company name is XXXXX Software Services Pvt. Ltd., Will we be able to get the new name as XXXXX Software Services LLP?
