ek client hai jinka AY 18-19 ka koi TDS refund lena due hai abhi tak (approx 40k/-) , toh please pura process samjho ki applicaton ka format or application kisse submit krni hai or application online ya offline submit krni hai???

Request for condonation of delay can be submitted online through e-filing portal. request shall be submitted to CIT.
Submit under condonation of delay under approval from CIT

E-filing login>my account>service request>new request>condonation
Lekin sir mene try kiya toh vha application lag e nhi rhi hai

Sir ye techincal Error nhi hai, vha click krne per humesha 'No records found' ka msg display hota hai... ya toh me koi galat process follow kr rha hu yaa kuch or...muje aapke contact no. toh send kro toh me aapko smjha sku..

Actually I hv never done this but there is an option for online request. It is possible that the same is not yet active. so i suggest you to proceed manually.
