I have applied a new GST registration of Public Company and status of ARN showing rejected.
The reason for rejection is 'Board resolution was not signed by all the directors'.
In this regard I would like to know that whether board resolution has to be signed by all the director or not. Please reply whether the rejection query is valid or not.
The company having 9 directors and it is not possible in the pandemic to sign the board resolution by all the 9 directors.
