May be your documents submitted for GST registration is incorrect or any documents mismatched.

Then You can prepare Consent Letter then try to registration process...!!!

Actually has to upload owner details showing the ownership of property

Take a consent letter on 50 rs stamp paper from your grand father along with any proof of ownership document in your Grand fathers name and resubmit it,
ELECTRCITY BILL IN THE NAME OF OWNER ALONG WITH CONSENT LETTER FROM OWNER
grand father expired
If possible share the rejection order here.
Then consent letter and Voter I'd card of your dad (Showing your grandfathers name), with the death certificate of your Grand father, if this will not do , then convert the property n ur dads name first
