Application format for Re-valuation of Answer sheet

Dear Ankur Sir,

I had given examination for IPCC in Nov2009, and its results has come out I got 33marks in tax. which is lower than my expectation. My freinds and professor advice me to re-valuate the answer sheets. I have read all of your veiw on Re-valuation of answer sheet. but there is one confussion that you had mentioned that this application should be sent to New Delhi address and my professor advice me to send it to Noida. So Kindly advice.
