Cn any1 tell me dat the application for transfer to the institute should be made to whom. I mean to whom should i address. And whether such pplication is need to be sign by my Ca and whether institute forawrd the copy of the reply to the CA???????

Application of Transfer should be in the name of The Secretary on the letter head of your Firm duly signed by your Principal. Then you have to wait for Institute's reply.
This procedure has been told by one of my friend,she recently got reply after four months but a positive one.
