i have a total credit amount is 941560 (cgst+sgst) my work is releted to taxtile and job work so can i apply for refund ????

No , cannot if ur product falls under
Chapter 50-60, 86.....
its better to refer notification 5/2017 as amended by 29/2017 & 44/2017 (both CGST rate notions).
