Opting for Composition scheme is disable for this FY 18 -- 19 is disabled , have any idea to open or applying method for composition levy scheme .

Opt for Only before commencement of new financial year
Can any way for now opting composition scheme
If it is new registration then u can opt for composition, otherwise no way to shift from regular to composit
