I have gone through a link https://www.servicetax.gov.in/st-profiles/it-sw-services.pdf here it is maintioned that 10% will be ST on inforamtion technology but some people are suggesting 12.36% which will be the right one for me . I am a indivisual from Hyderabad.

Then mam why servicetax.gov.in showing this pdf with 10% written on it. have you gone through that pdf??? and can you please show me the notification containing 12.36% please....
