If vehicle was purchased in vat regime then such vehicles when sold will attract GST wjll applicable on 65% of transaction value
Plz read notification 37 cgst act dtd. 13/10/17
if in GST regime, & no input is claim, at the time of purchase , GST will be charge on margin value (sale-purchase)
as per notification 8 CT 2018
