In lieu of the latest Textiles Policy released by the State of Gujrat, I just want to confirm if the Government is offering any Excise Exemption on Textiles.
Request you to kindly provide the applicable excise rates on textiles in the state og Gujrat.

Central excise is union tax and uniform practice for all india except jammu and kashmir, and if any notification is issued on area based exemption, the same would be published in your local news papers 1st.
till now there is no such news or exemption from the excise end.
