friends, i have been already giving ca final exams for the past 3 years.. please can any one let me know if this proposed weekend test scheme effective from nov 2017will be applicable to those students who have been giving exams in the past years or so...although there is 2 words"first time" in the announcement some people are telling me it is applicable for all students including old students.. so im worried regarding the same.. will be helpful if some body can shed light on this and help me out
