I have a query on VAT issue.
Our company will provide furniture to employees. at the time of leaving the organisation, the company will sell the furniture to the employee. here my query is, "IS IT NECESSORY TO RAISE VAT INVOICE FOR SUCH SALE OF FURNITURE".
please help me out.

If company in furniture business she has to sell it under invoice, to show it in vat returns else if it is part of the perquisite then invoice does not require.

neither company is in furniture business nor such provision of furniture is a perquisite (company recovers money from employee)
