Dear Friends,
I want to know whether the New Scheme of TEST PAPER SCHEME as introduced by ICAI in January 2017 student journal is it mandatory from November 2017 exams?
If yes please let me the detailed procedure of the same, as how to register for those test paper scheme, what is the procedure for appearing for the same examination.

It is applicable if u are appearing nov 17 onwards for the first time....
Aside from that, ICAI hasnt yet formed the committee which will look after this area, they are still working on it. I think they will provide further details as to timings and registration of exam. Who knows it may as well be online. i am eligible for the test paper scheme too and i am scared sh*tless
