Dear Friends,
I want to know whether the New Scheme of TEST PAPER SCHEME as introduced by ICAI in January 2017 student journal is it mandatory from November 2017 exams?
If yes please let me the detailed procedure of the same, as how to register for those test paper scheme, what is the procedure for appearing for the same examination.
