whether in CA final may 18 ,
Applicable co. act 2013 instead of 1956 in case of producers company.

Producer co of companies act 1956 will only be applicable for may18 and for all upcoming exams . ther is no producer co concept in Companys act 2013 , thus it is borrowed from the 1956 act. ther is no change with respect to this chapter
