If in the previous year crossed the limit of Rs. 10 lakhs then it is taxable from the next year under service tax. Coming next year we will have only Rs. 3 lakhs then will pay the service tax or not. pls send as early as possible. my mail id. sekharreddyca @ gmail.com
Yes, tax is payable in that year even on 3 lakhs. However, next year you can avail the small service provider exemption.
