will the foreign turnover be added into indian turnover for the purpose of tax audit?

Turnover is calculated assessee wise. Place where sales are made or services are rendered is irrelevant. 

Therefore, foreign turnover is also to be included in calcualting total turnover.

Yes the total turnover will be considered for compulsory tax audit u/s 44AB.
