applicability of sec 11 & 12 in regards of charitable trust
the application has been made on March 10,2019(suppose)by charitable Trust to get registration u/s 12aa & CIT has also approved within 6 month for its registration, then from which year the trust shall get benefit of sec 11 &12 ?

From the date the application has been made i.e. from FY 2018-19

I think if application is made within time prescribed then it's effective from date of registration of trust.
