i have a very big doubt regarding the applicability of schedule vi for cs executive dec 2012 ....
which chapters do we have to make this b/s ? some say its oni for final a/cs and consolidation but equal no. of people say its for all chapters including issue, redempttion , buyback , ppi etc ... please help !!!

Schedule VI is the prescribed format in which companies have to file their P&L and balance sheet and all the details of schedule related to values shown in P&L and balance sheet & annexure related to annual report and it is applicable in dec,12 exam of cs as i know.
